How do I send a counteroffer

You will need to click on the ‘reject’ button to submit a counteroffer. The system will allow you to type your counteroffer and submit it by clicking the ‘Reject offer’ button. Please also ensure you check the small box that reads that your counter represents the total sales price as opposed to a per seat price. To access the ‘reject’ button, you will need to click on ‘Current offers’ in the ‘Selling ‘ tab, and click on the seat location under ‘Current offers’.
